Client funds are held separately and used exclusively for their project. Detailed financial statements are provided regularly, outlining deposits, expenses, and remaining balances — ensuring complete transparency and accountability at every stage.

Emily Carson
Teddy has a B.S in Civil Engineering, with an extensive background in design and project management of civil projects, mostly focused around transportation and water resources. While building his own home, he fell in love with residential construction and has been helping build our clients dream homes.
Myles is a detail-oriented project manager who loves a challenge, using his prior experience to find solutions for our clients and removing a lot of headaches from the building process.
Cassie Richardson
Cassie acquired a degree in marketing and management which empowers her to understand the criticalities of business operations as well as catering to clients. She specializes in handling the day to day office duties as well as all Contour’s social media platforms. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Matt Bossman
Not many people can say they have chosen a career that they truly love and are passionate about but in this case, I did! Each house we build is a product of hard work, attention to detail and incredible design. With an engineer mindset and thorough understanding of the building process, my mission is to build inspiring energy efficient and 100% pure quality custom homes. As a current Board of Directors member for the Metro Omaha Builders Assocation, the founder and Chairperson of the Nebraska Design and Construction Industry Council, and past President of the Nebraska Chapter for The Design Build Institute of America, much of my spare time has been spent giving back to the construction industry, bringing designers and builders together to work on the challenges and opportunities facing the entire industry.
My goal is to provide the highest quality home for the money in the Omaha market, and to make sure that at the end of the project you and your family move into the home of your dreams. We have built a truly professional organization which realizes that a referral is the most sincere compliment one can receive. Therefore, I want to make sure we build you a home that you are proud to show to your family and friends.
Tamarah Jones
With excellent communication skills, integrity, and out of the box creativity, she works with clients to sell their existing homes and also works with each client to help make selections during the building process.
As a licensed real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate, she works with our clients to command top market price for their existing home so that they can start focusing on their dream home! She works with each client to incorporate their style and will also make recommendations that are aligned with each client’s budget. Her top priority is to make it a fun and organized progress so that everyone has a wonderful experience during the building phasel
